Ioana Dobrescu is approaching a decade of experience in the international water sector. Originally from Romania, she obtained her BSc degree in Environmental Sciences in Cluj-Napoca and her MSc in Nature Conservation from Wageningen University in the Netherlands.
Naomi Timmer is General Director of EJWP. She has been active for almost 10 years in the water management sector as a programme manager for the Nationaal Watertraineeship a young professional programme in The Netherlands.
Jennifer Cronick is a coach, trainer and consultant of the EJWP. She finished her Master in Organisational Psychology in 1996. Many of her customers are in the (High) Tech Research and Industry.
Johan Oost is external advisor and ambassador of the projects within EJWP. He is a passionate water professional who combines technical expertise with a sophisticated strategy for solving challenges by bringing people, knowledge and passion together.
Anca Popa is the events coordinator at the Water Europe office and helps in that capacity the EJWP. She has a BA degree in Journalism and over a decade of documented experience in European Affairs, communication, publishing and project management.

Jaap Feil has an extraordinary talent for launching new initiatives. In that capacity he started EJWP and still is external advisor for the programme. He is the founder and driving force of the Nationaal Watertraineeship. In addition, he was one of the cofounders of Wetskills.
